Parque Nacional do Iguacu (Brazilian Side)
If you are coming from Foz de Iguazu, Brazil, take a local bus to falls, its very cheap and takes about 30 minutes.
When you get to your destination spend the entire day at the park. Don't forget to stop by Parque das Aves (Bird Park).
Take the same bus back to Foz de Iguazo.
Parque Nacional Iguazu (Argentina Side)
If you are coming from Foz de Iguazu, Brazil, take a local bus to Puerto Iguazu, Argentina. It runs every 20 minutes. From there, take transfer bus to Cataratas, runs every hour
Spend the entire day at the park, there is lots to see and do.
Take the bus back Puerto Iguazu, Argentina where you can catch the bus back to Foz de Iguazu, Brazil.
Food
Brazilians like their food cooked well done, so unless you know how to explain what "medium" in Portuguese is just be aware everything you order will be overcooked.
